We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Office Assistant/Receptionist to work for a Global Insurance house in the City. As you will be the first point of contact with regards meeting and greeting clients, you will be beautifully presented with a very approachable and friendly personality. Also working closely with the Office Manager, you will be required to compile and submit expenses and invoice payments together with supporting a small team of professionals.
Variety is key in this role and will consist of an array of duties that you can get involved in - ensuring the office and meeting rooms are kept tidy at all times, to dealing with various suppliers; invoice processing; the set up of video conferencing; ordering stationery and groceries for the kitchen; organise couriers and a number of other ad-hoc tasks ensuring that the office is run like clockwork. This is a super role for someone who has proven administration experience and thrives on variety.
You must have excellent IT and administration skills, and have experience in a financial/corporate environment.
