We have a meaty Studio Coordinator role for an excellently organised candidate, based in fabulous studios in Iver Heath. The role is paying £25,000 - £30,000 DOE.

The Studio Coordinator is a critical member of the studio team, overseeing all studio customer sales enquiries for productions and tenants moving in and out of multiple studio sites across the U.K. The coordinator is responsible for managing customer requirements through to the implementation of services and acts as a point of contact for day to day engagements with the customers. Success in this role requires maintaining and developing key customer relationships with the many productions using these facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Oversee all sales enquiries for productions and tenants across multiple studio sites
    ● Account Managing all customers at multiple studio locations; up-selling customers and selling latest products
    ● Provide quotes to new and current customers based upon our rate-card
    ● Coordinate the implementation of work at the studio sites

Customer Service Management

  • Account managing all customers at the multiple sites; ensuring they are being provided with the highest level of customer support and attention
    ● Maintaining a strong relationship with key personnel at the Studio sites
    ● Maintain strong relationships with significant film and entertainment bodies.
    ● Build an understanding of productions evolving service requirements to ensure new solutions are aligned to their needs

Administrative Management

  • Track and record all work that requires implementing at the studio sites.
    ● Record and monitor all customers and services live at the multiple studio sites
    ● Obtain and record PO's required for invoicing and assist Finance team with billing and payment queries as necessary
    ● Ensure customers are provided contracts and understand payment terms
    ● Producing ad hoc reports as requested by the Studio Operations Manager.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience of service management into Media Production industry is an advantage
    ● Experience of selling and upselling services
    ● Experience of working against tight time lines, able to prioritise and work under minimal supervision
    ● Experience coordinating a team
    ● Knowledge and experience of working within the Media Production/Telecommunication industry

Personal Attributes

  • Should hold a full clean UK driving licence
    ● Possess energy and the ability to energise others around them
    ● Possess self-motivation and the ability to drive and execute change where necessary
    ● Planning and organisation - able to think ahead in order to establish an efficient and appropriate course of action
    ● Communication - good communicator who is able to get one's message across clearly
    ● Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people
    ● Hands on and committed
    ● Willing to work outside of normal office hours when reasonably necessary
    ● Ability to multi task efficiently is essential
