HR AdministratorCentral LondonUpto £28,000
Our client, a Global Management Consultancy is looking to recruit a permanent HR Administrator to support its HR Team.
Duties will include:
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update employee records on HR system
* First point of call for HR queries, escalate relevant matters to HRD
* New joiner compliance and reference checking
* Organising recruitment and selection, advertising, short listing, arranging interviews and correspondence
* Offer letters and contracts administration
* Maintain attendance records and collate holidays and sickness reporting
* Administer new starter paperwork including preparing contracts, offer letters and taking out references
* Coordinating induction for new starters including issuing checklists and arranging induction sessions
* Oversee probation review process by sending reminder emails to line managers and correspondence to employees
* Monitor and track performance appraisals and mid-year reviews
* Arranging training and associated correspondence
* Drafting standard correspondence
* Maintain employee and general files
Candidates applying must have previous HR administration with good knowledge of all MS Packages.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work to specific tasks and deadlines
