ISE is delighted to offer this C-level Executive Assistant role in a Europe-leading Private Equity house – inspiring and collegiate team, plus superb West End location.
You will be right hand to the CEO and COO, who guide and steer the firm, passionate in all they do. With the chance to work closely with their brilliant, field-leading team, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves to “roll up one’s sleeves” and get involved – the firm is small, close-knit and needs a team player.
You will be an ambitious, team-focused and gregarious EA, who enjoys working with high achievers – you will join to support the two top people, which will mean a high-profile in the firm and you immediately being the 'go to' person.
Duties will be classic at the start, but the firm celebrates and rewards autonomy, so excellent EAs will be able to build for themselves a varied, challenging role:
- Diary coordination for two, working closely with the HR Manager who steers some of their duties
- Meeting logistics and full preparation
- International travel management
- Internal and client liaison - copious relationship management opportunities
- Board liaison and coordination
- Administration – you will be a highly organised multi-tasker
Opportunities to take on more may include, but won’t be limited to:
- More comprehensive meeting preparation, including client liaison, writing bios, etc.
- Market and other research
- HR / other projects
This is a busy and diverse role, requiring someone who enjoys thinking ahead – you will be able to work out the 'what ifs' before they happen, provide a seamless and sophisticated service at senior level and demonstrate an understanding of the aims of the associates, enabling you to make strong decisions on their behalves.
Alternative investment experience is essential for this role. There is a strong preference for a degree level education, but exceptions may be made for those with strong relevant experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding firm, and add a hugely well-respected name to your CV.
Competition will be stiff – apply today!
