A small asset management company, based in a great city location, is looking for an office manager to come on-board part time. Working 20 hours per week, you will be the sole support in the office, being a trusted and integral employee.

Ideally working 4/5 days a week, for shorter hours, your primary responsibilities will include; liaising with suppliers, ordering stationary, managing contracts, invoicing, logging payments, processing expenses, booking travel, managing facilities and regularly liaising with their offices in Asia.

This is a fairly quiet environment, and it would be most suited to someone who can use their own initiative and doesn't need to be micro-managed. The role will present you flexible working hours and the opportunity to make having the opportunity to make pivotal decisions for the office.

Skills/Experience Desired:

  • Previous experience assisting a corporate office is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own your initiative.
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Approachable and personable.
