We are currently looking for a full-time Office Manager, on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Our ideal hours are 8am/8.30am until 4.30/5.00 each day, although some flexibility on
start/finish times may be possible.

Office Manager Duties:


This is a busy office with circa 30 employees. The role will be exceptionally varied, being
the first point of contact in many situations.
The key aspects of the role are as follows:
• Full management of the office including liaising with the building manager
• Responsible for purchasing all stationery and groceries, and any other goods required
• Coordinating all post (incoming and outgoing)
• Management of external contracts responsible for IT services, office supplies and
housekeeping
• Provide administrative assistance to the Managing Directors: diary management, booking
travel, etc
• Plan, organise and execute logistics for client hospitality and other company related
events, including the staff Christmas event
• Manage all subscriptions and renewals
• First point of contact for employees with any of their IT/phone issues (we use Apple Macs)
• Support with meeting room set-up prior to client meetings
• New joiner preparation: desk allocation, IT and phone set-up, etc
• Act as Health and Safety co-ordinator for the office
• Support the Finance Director with accounts payable invoice processing/inquiries (on
Xero), maintaining Harvest (timesheet reporting system) and ad-hoc reporting
• Support the HR Manager with HR administration, including training requests and logistical
requirements
• Updating the office manual and keeping the team up to date on any office related changes
• Ad hoc administrative assistance for the team during busy periods
