A leading Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf is looking for an experience PA to join their Advisory Team within Research. This is a team of 3 that is reviewing new regulation that is impacting the banking sector. As the EA you will working alongside the project assisting the team with all administration. This is an integral role that requires you to act as an intermediary to the Advisory Team, the traders and the clients themselves. So you will ideally have experience supporting projects in a similar capacity. Your duties will include:

• extensive diary management
• back to back meeting bookings
• international travel arrangements
• processing of expenses
• tracking all client requests
• preparing client packs
• collecting data for internal data requests

This is a busy and lively team that requires someone with strong and clear communication skills, who also has the ability to network well across the business. This is a on-going temporary role for 1 year, with the view to extend.
