PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Our client is seeking an articulate, experienced, and driven PA to join their team.  As one of the world’s leading Investment Managers, they are seeking an immaculately presented and professional individual who is not afraid of hard work.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join this prestigious company for those looking to move onwards and upwards with their career.

Your duties will include heavy travel and visa arrangements on a regular basis. Maintaining and monitoring the calendar and scheduling conferences and meetings.  Dealing with day to day contact with executive clients to a high level of professional etiquette.  You will be responsible for tracking, maintaining, and reviewing documentation and following up said documents.  Your role will also include all admin work that is expected for the job.

The selected candidate must have excellent time management skills as well as the ability to cope under pressure whilst maintaining a calm and proficient demeanour. Three years prior experience within a similar role would be ideal and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Being degree educated would be an advantage.
