We have a brand new role in working for a high end financial services firm based in the West End. We are looking for a Team Assistant who is well spoken, bright and on the ball.

The role is supporting 30 people so you will need to be able to hit the ground running, work well under pressure and use your initiative. This is a fantastic opportunity to support their business administration team. 

It is key that you have excellent administrative skills therefore advanced with Microsoft Office packages. You will need to have high attention to detail and brilliant communication skills. 

Duties include: 

  • Prepare, format, proof read, edit, print letters, reports, presentations, file notes, spreadsheets to house standard
  • Monitor and audit quality of document output
  • Print and bind documents and marketing material for client meetings
  • Upload client correspondence and data to practice management system
  • Upload data to email marketing system and produce weekly subscriber reports
  • Extensive diary management
  • Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Utilise the full potential of Microsoft Office suite to develop processes and standards across the organization
  • Responsible for services and contractual arrangements provided by travel agents and maintaining log of travel costs
  • Organise and book travel arrangements: hotels, flights, trains, foreign visas, restaurants, conferences
