Based offices in the heart of the West End, we have a great opportunity for an experienced PA to support a senior executive of a well-established and highly credible consultancy. They have an excellent working culture and promote work/life balance amongst a long list of benefits. This is a 12 month fixed term contract that will see you taking on a role that has complex diary management, masses of travel and meeting arrangements. This role offers tremendous opportunities to utilise your skills and experience so the willingness to learn and develop is key!
Working for this fantastic company you can expect to see yourself hitting the ground running and being challenged! No two days will be the same. Your role will involve extensive diary management, booking meetings, travel and accommodation as well as drafting up documents. You will be working in a busy and fast paced environment so attention to detail as well as being super organised is a must!
To be successful in this role, you will have superb computer skills (advanced PowerPoint and Word), be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and of course be articulate and polished. This is a dream position, working with a delightful team. As such we are seeking a unique individual with a similar disposition.
