Our Client is a rapidly growing audio transcription/court reporting company offering exceptional service quality at the forefront of everything they do.  They are now seeking a full-time Administrative Officer to join the team during this exciting time. This is a new position due to company expansion and offers the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team that pride themselves on service excellence.

 
THE ROLE:

The position requires an individual with an outgoing personality who, as well as being organised and enthusiastic, is also discrete and hardworking, with an interest in legal services and a passion for technological development. 
  • Regular Court attendance as a representative of the company, interacting with Judges and legal professionals
  • Monitoring of the internal Case Management System and taking appropriate actions
  • Processing audio files ready for assignment
  • Ensure that external recording equipment is installed within the specified timeframe and guidelines in courtrooms
  • Providing feedback to the Client Liaison Officers regarding specific installations and client issues on site
  • Taking incoming client calls and acting as a point of contact before escalating queries further
  • Liaising with internal and external staff to ensure that service delivery timeframes are met

THE PERSON
  • Proven experience in an administrative position within a corporate organisation
  • Previous experience of work within a legal environment or a legal education is beneficial
  • Well presented, bright and engaging with a proactive and flexible attitude
  • Professional, courteous and confident communicator
  • A high standard of education, ideally educated to degree level or A-Level standard. It is essential that applicants hold at least a B grade at GSCE English
  • An excellent command of English language and grammar
  • Ability to multi-task, dealing with multiple cases over the telephone and/or via email simultaneously
  • Superior attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to work on their own initiative
  • Proficient computer literacy, with natural ability to interact with new programs
  • Efficient typing skills
  • High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment
