A bespoke interiors company is seeking a confident part-time receptionist to work in the afternoons. Being front of house and the first point of contact you must be well-presented, immaculate and have brilliant communication skills as you represent the company.
- You will be operating the phones
- meeting and greeting clients ensuring they receive VIP treatment
- assisting in the preparation and coordination of meeting rooms
- booking couriers, ordering stationery, ensuring everything is clean and tidy at all times,
- booking meetings and travel
- administration, office budget tracking using excel and much more.
You will be dealing with UHNWI and VIPs so discretion is very important in this role as well as always being confident and obtaining a happy manner.
