PA - Stunning location at St. Pauls

A fantastic Team Assistant/PA role has arisen working for a boutique Financial Services Firm who are based within a great location with stunning view of St. Pauls.

Supporting up to MD Level, they are looking for someone who is really happy to muck in and provide cover across the Leadership Teams.  Working within an open planned, modern office of circa 25 ppl, personality is key, they are looking for someone who is open and friendly to join a welcoming but busy team.

Your daily remit will include but not be limited to; scheduling and minuting meetings, booking travel, managing diaries, dealing with calls and emails, managing their CRM and providing ad-hoc office management cover when required as well as liaising extensively with their Head Office in Amsterdam.
