Our client is a fantastic boutique investment firm with a close-knit, social and vibrant team in the heart of Mayfair. The team are seeking a bright, keen and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team. They offer masses of opportunity for those keen to develop and learn. Based on Reception, you will be given lots of overflow administration and PA responsibilities. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing switchboard and main contact for all calls
  • Managing in house diaries and calendars 
  • Liaising with other members of staff to organise meetings
  • Setting up conference calls
  • Looking after meeting rooms and their calendars
  • Greeting all visitors
  • Distributing post for the whole company, ordering couriers
  • Overflow administration from Team PAs – document management, reporting and report writing
  • Keeping abreast of office management (ordering stationery and supplies
  • Booking hotels and travel arrangements through Europe

The team are looking for someone with previous reception experience and exposure to office duties, but most importantly with the drive and enthusiasm to learn, get stuck in and involved in the business. The team are very sociable, good fun and offer fantastic benefits!
