EA to the CEO's Office: an excellent opportunity for a business-focused EA who would like to gain further exposure in a founder led environment.

You will be reporting into the CEO and Founder and you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of his businesses.

You will be a polished, efficient, dynamic, innovative and forward thinking individual who will have the relevant qualities to provide effective support to the CEO.

What will I be doing?
- Programme management of CEO's affairs: establishing and running governance meetings, updates and projects to ensure CEO is up to date with performance of his businesses
- Liaising with the personal PA to respond to business focused correspondence
- Planning and executing leadership events and conferences including executive team off sites
- Co-ordinating goal and objective setting across each business
- Representing the CEO in key meetings and acting as conduit for decisions
- Writing communications on behalf of the CEO including press announcements, external presentations and internal communications
- Managing all budgets for the CEO office
- Act as decision maker as to which activities and decisions the CEO should be involved in and which he should be aware of but not involved
- Managing strategic projects on behalf of the CEO
- Managing the junior PA to provide organisational and administrative support to the CEO, including management of travel
- Liaising with the CEO's personal PA to ensure smooth interfaces
- Planning and executing leadership events and conferences
- Research and preparation of meeting materials
- Writing communications on behalf of the CEO including press announcements, external presentations and internal communications

Do I have what it takes?
Experience required:
- Excellent degree
- At least 5 years commercial experience
- Experience in working closely with and supporting a CEO
- Strong numerical ability

Key skills required:
- Planning and organisational skills
- Presentation skills - communicating at the right level with members of the board
- Goal and deadline orientated
- Self-driven and motivated, with an ability to show initiative in all situations and the ability to take responsibility for actions
- Calm under pressure
- Confidentiality is a must - this role is party to highly sensitive information, important in both protecting our employees and our business
- IT literacy across a variety of tools
- Excellent literacy and written skills, reporting skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- The ability to challenge and see beyond current state - spot opportunity for process improvement and act upon these observations
- The ability to pre-empt the needs and diary requirements of your director to ensure things run smoothly
- Be comfortable communicating with members of staff from all levels and areas of the business
