RUSSIAN SPEAKING EA to INSPIRATIONAL TECH MOGUL

My client is one of the biggest success stories in his industry. An exceptional man with a phenomenal  business mind. He is looking for a high powered EA to support him, based in his family office in Mayfair. I am looking for someone at the top of their game, who can hit the ground running and take the initiative, someone who really knows how to plan ahead, a superb communicator, someone who is not afraid to take the reins and make things happen. This is 1:1 role but there will be some adhoc support for two other directors. You will need to have excellent Microsoft package skills, especially Excel and be very numerate as you will be setting up and managing budgets and will be responsible for some financial aspects of the business, working closely with the Finance Director. This is a busy and varied role, involving all aspects of my client’s life. He is demanding but very fair, an appreciative and generous boss but his expectations are high. He has keen attention to detail and expects the same from his EA but he’s a man who inspires the best from his employees.
