A unique opportunity had arisen to join the corporate head office to a global organisation based in the West End as a Facilities Coordinator. This is a varied role which will suit someone who enjoys going the extra mile to help others in a professional manner. Duties will include:
- Morning and Lunchtime Reception cover
- Receive all incoming post and distribute accordingly.
- Collect and frank all post and pass to Mayfair post office each day.
- Responsible for office stationery supplies, maintaining appropriate stock levels and processing invoices on a timely manner. Ensure stationery is easily accessible.
- Both soft and hard facilities services – light maintenance.
- Order and maintain stock levels of business cards and branded stationery.
- Maintain Facilities Manual with detailed visibility of information covering areas of responsibilities.
- Receive information regarding major security alerts within the building and inform other departments as the first part of the chain.
- To be a Fire Warden and carry out Health and Safety duties.
- Monitor the performance of 3rd party contractors and highlight any issues promptly.
- Work alongside office services team to support where possible for cover where needed.
- Cover agreed duties of the Office Manager in their absence.
- Any other duties of an associated/ similar nature.
The ideal person will have previous Facilities and Reception experience working in a large corporate environment, enjoy being an integral part of the office and have a can do attitude. You must be comfortable managing a reception area in a corporate environment and have a professional and polite manner.
Hours 8 – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
