Private Family Office PA/Part Time

Private family office based in Chelse/Belgravia borders is seeing part time Private PA ideally with fluent French/Spanish and basic German. Based in the family home the role will require someone who can deal with complex domestic arrangements for the family - household/travel/schools and also work alongside the Principal of the family office to coordinate the portfolio for the family as well as deal with the bookkeeping and prepare information for the accountant. This role will require a candidate who has good experience at senior level possibly within financial services or in a boutique family office and can work fast and efficiently often under pressure.

The ideal Private PA should have excellent written and communication skills and immaculate presentation as well as be a born organiser. The day to day work will be in English so mother tongue  would be preferable but as there is lots of liaison with Spanish and French household staff you need to have fluent Spanish/French. If you are a professional PA who has been used to working at senior level and have excellent IT skills and are a self-starter with bags of initiative this is a great role. You must be happy working alongside a small, dynamic team and also can deliver high levels of support often under pressure and sometimes be in the office on your own too. As a part time PA you will work for four hours over five days probably 9.30-1.30pm is ideal and you must be able to commit to these hours.
