Working with world class individuals you will provide minute to minute support, working with complex travel itineraries across time zones and hugely busy, constantly changing diaries. The role:

Managing a constantly changing diary

Supporting two top directors in the company

High volume of global travel across time zones

Assisting with research, projects and events

Working with the team to cover desks and make sure all are receiving outstanding support

You are:

Quick thinking

Able to work under pressure

Corporate in presentation

A graduate (or graduate calibre with outstanding work experience)

An experienced PA with minimum 3-5 years supporting at senior level, preferably in a global corporate

The benefits:

£38K - £42K depending on experience
