Property Administration Manager

London

Salary: £29,359 per annum during probation rising to £31,900 per annum

 

The Church Commissioners for England are a major financial institution managing considerable assets.  The income from the assets managed is used to support the work of the Church across the country.  Our department is responsible for investments in Real Assets, including property, land and forestry.

We need an experienced Property Administrative Manager to manage our departmental information, provide diary support to key managers, line manage an assistant, organise complex meetings and travel arrangements and manage a budget.

You will need to bring your direct experience of managing an administrative function within a complex changing environment, high standards of numeracy, with excellent communication skills and proficient use of IT systems.  Your core skills will include the confidence to operate at a senior level, ability to thrive in pressurised environments and a calm, professional approach.
