We are looking for an experienced and proactive PA to support the Associate Dean of Programmes of the Business School in delivering the education strategy and directing a globally successful portfolio of postgraduate programmes. The post holder will use a very high level of secretarial and administrative skills to ensure that the Associate Dean of Programmes is able to work efficiently and effectively whether in the office or travelling within the UK or abroad.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced PA with proven interpersonal, communication and organisational skills plus the ability to take personal initiative. The role requires complete confidentiality, discretion and tact. The post holder will work effectively in teams with faculty, management and staff at all levels, students, funders and VIP visitors. Excellent attention to detail is essential. Experience of working in higher education or a related environment is desirable.

Ideally we would be looking for a start date at the end of June.
