A fantastic opportunity ha arisen for an experienced PA to join our client, a prestigious Financial Services organisation based in the heart of Mayfair.

Responsibilities will include team diary management, arranging internal and external meetings, travel management - preparing travel itineraries for team members including the booking of flights, accommodation, taxies, trains, and other reservations (restaurant, venue, etc) and dealing with expenses.

You will also be responsible for general administrative support such as phone coverage, message management, filing, post management and photocopying, assisting with the preparation, review and/or assembly of documents, managing and/or assisting with ad‐hoc projects as required and providing back up cover as required for larger pool of secretaries in London office

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, displaying strong verbal and written skills, be an advanced user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, have excellent time management and attention to detail and be able to manage multiple priorities. A minimum of 4 years overall secretarial experience and typing speed of 50+ wpm is essential for this role.
