My client is a successful international company with global presence who are urgently looking for a part-time (3 days per week) bilingual French and English speaking Team Assistant/Project Assistant to provide a wide range of secretarial/administrative and translation support to Business Partners and their very busy and dynamic teams.

Fluent French to a mother tongue standard is essential for the role as you will be required to translate correspondence from English into French and vice-versa and liaise on daily basis with French and English speaking clients. In addition to extensive travel, organising meetings, electronic diary management and typing, as a French and English speaking Team Assistant/Project Administrator you incorporate an element of solid administrative work including document generating and a vast amount of translation between English <>French)

The Personal Assistant/Project Assistant role will involve day to day office management responsibilities including screening calls and emails, meeting and greeting clients and guests. Having solid team assistant experience within construction or design environment is a must; please note this is a part-time position requiring an experienced bilingual (French and English) Team Assistant / Project Administrator with immediate availability.

Profile:

  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English to mother tongue standard
  • Part-time position (3 days/week)
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, team administrator or solid bilingual secretary is essential
  • Experience of translating documents between English <>French
  • Working knowledge / fluent Spanish would be desirable however not essential
  • Excellent organization skills, particularly administrative support
  • Excellent communication skills with positive and calm approach
  • Flexible, methodical and able to multi-task effectively and manage own workload/deadlines
