An exceptional medium size law firm in the centre of the City is looking for a Team Administrator to support their busy IT department. They’re ideally looking for an administrator with knowledge of MS packages, the ability to multi task, with excellent attention to detail and great communication skills. If you have experience organising meetings, diary management, document creation, PowerPoint presentation, filing, printing, and scanning etc in a professional environment then please send your CV. The role is paying £20,000 and they ideally would like someone who can start ASAP for a 3-4 month contract.

Duties will include filing, organising post, handling calls, general administrative duties along with typing and assisting the diary management.
