Great opportunity for a professional and experienced LEGAL HR OFFICER to step up their career in this exciting role - working in a small HR team for a leading law firm.  

Reporting to Head of HR and liaising directly with all senior fee earners within the firm

Your main responsibilities will include:-

  • All recruitment - fee earner and business support
  • Graduate recruitment and trainee training
  • New Employee induction
  • Secretarial management
  • Performance & salary reviews
  • Budgeting, payroll updates
  • Employee Relations - including disciplinaries, grievances, staff welfare

This is ideal for someone with 3 years plus experience who is looking to develop their career within the legal world and understands the need for handling staff at all levels, particularly senior Partners and the discretion this can involve.

The firm are looking for degree or A level education, CIPD qualification and a true passion for HR within professional services.
