A market-leading manufacturer of specialised products and solutions has a new opening for a Danish speaking sales coordinator to join their international sales division located within an easy commute by train from Baker Street or London Marylebone (40 mins). As a Danish speaking account representative, you will provide seamless customer care and sales support in Danish for individual key accounts; making sure all SLA's are managed and adhered to accordingly. Responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to all incoming client/account queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing a wide range of sales support functions from the issuing of sales quotations to accurately processing high-volume sales orders and arranging shipments
  • Building close relationships with customers and commercial partners
  • Resolving complaints before point of escalation

Suitable candidates will have already worked within an international office environment and possess proven sales order management/customer care experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English. Working knowledge of SAP / Oracle would be advantageous however training is provided.

Profile

  • Fluent Danish and English - written and spoken to native level
  • A proven background in sales administration/ customer care/ sales order management/sales support
  • Able to work autonomously with excellent attention to detail and handle high volume sales orders within a busy team environment
  • Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
  • The ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility along with a proactive approach and willingness to work as a team member
  • The ability to commute to North West London/Buckinghamshire borders or relocate
  • Excellent IT skills with good working knowledge of relevant systems, procedures, workflow management and monitoring systems ( i.e SAP / Oracle / JD Edwards) is desirable
