Receptionist

We need the Crème de la Crème of Receptionists, as one of our top corporate clients based in the West End are looking for a polished front of house Receptionist to start immediately on an on-going temporary basis, paying up to £12ph.
We are looking for an immaculately presented candidate with an excellent telephone manner and a solid Corporate Receptionist background ideally within the financial sector.

Hours will be 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and responsibilities will include:

Greet all clients in a friendly and professional manner
Issue visitors passes where necessary
Take client coats/bags
Announce visitors to the meeting host
Escort visitors to meeting rooms
Update visitor lists
Ensure the reception area is always tidy
Deliver client/guest messages
Deal with meeting room bookings and liaising with providers (catering, equipment requests etc.)
Ensure that the client meeting rooms are checked for tidiness/cleanliness
Ensure that you are aware of site specific standards and procedures
Undertake faxing/photocopying when required
Book taxis
