PA - Personal Assistant

Private PA needed for to work for the owners of a finance company in Victoria.
9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday in stunning corporate offices. This position is looking for a super polished, well spoken ex-cabin crew or private PA.
The roles is stationed in the offices in Victoria however it would also involve shopping at various locations in London.

IT IS ESSENTIAL YOU ARE EITHER CABIN CREW OR A PRIVATE PA
The role is an amazing opportunity for someone in this prestigeous role for a Hedge Fund.

Working for both the Hedge Fund as office manager and private PA for the head of the family, you would be carrying out a range of tasks.
PA Duties:
Booking travel and accommodation, flights, taxis,
Organising VISAs Liaising with various PAs in various other countries via telephone and email
Diary management
Personal shopping in Bond Street and other high profile places
Administration
