Team PA in Creative

A fantastic, award-winning creative consultancy with some top clients in central London is looking for a pro-active and upbeat PA. With experience supporting at senior level, you will be joining the friendly UK team in their funky offices to look after three of their busy and dynamic directors.

This is a unique, values led company with an amazing culture where there’s always lots going on, so if you’re a Team PA or Team Assistant with great energy and a bit of spark, this could be the role for you! Ideally you will have gained your experience within the media/creative industries and have previous experience supporting a team.

The Team PA role:

• Inbox and diary management
• Booking internal & external meetings and prepping papers for these
• Planning and booking local and international travel
• Desktop research
• Expenses
• Database management
• Planning for meetings and events
• Regularly liaising with colleagues within different departments
• Ensuring you are always one step ahead and anticipate the unexpected

What they’re looking for in you as a Team PA:

• Experience working as a Team PA/Team Assistant at senior level in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Full of positive energy at all times
• Pro-active, forward planner and extremely organised
• Passionate about supporting senior management
• Hard-working yet fun and warm
• Unflappable in those tricky situations!
• Amazing at multitasking and prioritising ever-changing priorities
• A whizz at MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Exceptional attention to detail
