Our client, an independent Property Company who is passionate about providing first class service at all times. They truly lead by example and are keen to stand out from the crowd. The company manifestos installed from Director Level are filtered through, never being asked to do something they wouldn’t do themselves. My client is looking for an energetic administrator, someone who is a true team player with a real no job to big, no job too small approach. If you are looking for a role where your voice will be heard and to work within a supportive team, this is for you!
The role will see you providing administrative support to the Sales department, whilst reporting to the department Manager, including preparing contracts and correspondence, preparing property particulars from the organisation of the photo shoot, to the client sign off, through to updating the company website and associated portals. You will be responsible for managing the smooth running of the office, liaising with suppliers and contractors. You will be the first point of contact for clients, so a warm and approachable personality is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within property or an administrative position, have a real “can-do” attitude, have exceptional attention to detail and have a proactive and resourceful approach to work. Experience in property is advantageous but not essential. Advanced knowledge of MS Office is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join a fun, vibrant and fast paced office where they really look after their staff!
