We are currently seeking a junior PA for a large global construction company based in London. My client is looking for someone to come in to a fun but very work driven environment, they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, and cohere to company expectations.

This role will involve:

• Full diary management
• Extensive travel arranging
• Liaising with clients
• Arranging internal meetings and booking internal meeting rooms
• Creating presentation using PowerPoint
• Processing Expenses

We are seeking candidates who have exceptional communications skills and are able to work on their own initiative. The right candidate will need to be very well presented, articulate and confident. This is a junior role but the ideal candidate will have previous PA experience or experience of working in finance.
