HR Advisor - innovation!

This is an exciting, innovative and expanding management consultancy. They are a young, ambitious, dynamic team who have gone international and opened offices recently in the US and Europe. They are looking for an HR Advisor to join their HR team of four people.You will be reporting into the HR/People Lead. It is fast-paced environment and will suit a graduate level HR Generalist candidate with some experience. You'll ideally have a degree in HR or Business Management. You'll be managing new-starter and leaver processes, employee benefit administration, input and maintain employee records within the HR system and support talent acquisition. There is scope for training and development and it would be ideal if you had completed CIPD Level 1 or Level 2.
