We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Head Office team based in Canary Wharf.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Administration & Preparation: Full preparation for the monthly pay run
• Checking information from Managers and chasing missing submissions
• Payroll Processing and querying resolution
• Manage benefits and holiday records, offers and setting up.
• Collate overtime and billing information for accounts
• Complete and update correctly the business distribution list
• Complete monthly reports as required
• Monitor, track and offer benefits to employees as they become entitled
• Build and maintain excellent client and service partner relationships
• Develop excellent relationships with stakeholders in the relevant operational groups
• Promote a positive and proactive image at all times
• Keep apprised of all current procedures and policies
Core Requirements and Skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritise tasks and a heavy workload
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work with multiple systems
• Highly flexible and able to adapt in an ever changing environment
• Positive, proactive approach with the ability work in a professional manner
• Calm, professional and focused approach
This position would suit an individual with strong numeracy, MS Office and administration skills, who has previously worked in a fast-paced environment.
