Project Assistant to High End Property Developers - Lots of Scope to Progress!

Working for an utterly lovely and hugely busy boss, this is a successful and ever growing start up company based in a leafy, buzzy part of SW London.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about property, has lots of ideas is happy to muck in and can really hit the ground running.  This is a really involved, busy role with lots of autonomy, where you will be an integral part of the team making the most of your organisational and communication skills seeing projects through to completion from helping to find new development opportunities liaising with agents and surveying the market, to working with designers and suppliers alike, pulling everyone together to ensure everything runs smoothly. I am looking for someone who is confident and business minded with property experience who is happy to work in a small team.  This is a lovely company who really look after their staff and there is plenty of scope to develop as the company grows. Excellent IT skills are a must and knowledge of 3D Design, Photoshop and CAD would be an excellent bonus.
