Team Assistant

Fantastic opportunity for a team player with previous Team Assistant or Personal Assistant experience to join this media organisation based in West London. 

Candidates will be working as part of a team of Assistants providing support to the senior management and leadership team of this business. It is therefore key that candidates are able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a team, exposure to sharing information and working collaboratively. 

Your role as Team Assistant will be to provide the following but not limited to: 

- diary management

- travel planning 

- organising events 

This role is based in West London and it is important to the client that candidates live relatively close to the offices.
