Team Secretary - £28,000 - Permanent Role - Architectural Practice - Paddington.
We are currently supporting an architectural practice in their search for a team secretary.
The position will encompass diary management, travel booking, production of typed documents, arrangement of meetings, reception duties (lunchtime cover) etc.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate relevant experience and will possess the following skills/attributes:
*An ability to multi-task and prioritise workload under pressure and stay calm when faced with deadlines
*A confident and outgoing personality with an ability to deal professionally with a variety of directors and clients
*An excellent grasp of the English language; good written English is essential with the ability to proof-read documents and spot errors at a glance
*An ability to produce work efficiently and accurately (fast touch-typing is essential) with the minimum of supervision
*An ability to work with electronic document management systems to create, edit, store and search documents
Software Requirements:
*IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. A good understanding of MS Project would be very beneficial
*A basic working knowledge of Photoshop and/or InDesign would also be an advantage
