We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Office Coordinator to join a corporate finance company in the West End.
This is a temporary position for an ongoing period until they recruit a candidate permanently via internal sources, the main duties include:
- Providing high quality administration support to the business
- Diary management including arranging internal and external meetings using Outlook calendars
- Coordinating all front of house duties including greeting clients and preparing meeting rooms
- Managing all office inventory and provision of office supplies
- Preparing and printing client documentation; including photocopying, scanning, binding etc.
- Creating marketing material
- Coordinating business events, including marketing material, catering and logistics
This position will pay between £10 - £13 per hour starting immediately.
You will need to be an experienced and professional individual with a can-do attitude and a positive work ethic.
