Graphics Operator / Artworker

A City based Investment Management firm is looking for a Graphics Operator, with advanced Artwork skills to join their small team on a 12 month contract.

As the Graphics Operator, you are responsible for the creation and production of client review books and any other documents to the firm's corporate style.

Duties include:-

• Create and amend client review books and any other documents or presentations using InDesign. Check that the information is up-to-date - and where it is not, chasing for the latest data
• Ensure that all work is accurate, produced on time and follows the firm's corporate style
• Update quarterly disclosures, quarterly product overviews, Operations Due Diligence documents and the Intranet
• Check stock of production materials to ensure there is always an adequate supply for presentations
• Deal with requests for scanned documents
• Order business cards

Key skills required:

• Advanced knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of QuarkXpress, DeltaGraph, Dreamweaver and Fireworks is advantageous
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
