Main responsibilities of the role:

* Meeting and greeting visitors/clients at the front desk reception
* Answering phone calls and emails,taking messages
* Arrange and co-ordinate the preparation of internal or external meetings/lunches including booking meeting room, refreshment/restaurant and accommodation
* Arranging couriers and taxis
* Insuring messages are brought to the attention of the appropriate staff in a timely fashion
* Assisting Office Manager with diary management and travel bookings functions
* Assisting the rest of the team with general administration and projects
* Provide a confidential personal assistant support to CEO of the company
* Perform 'ad hoc' duties as required


Experience and skills required:

* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Experience in similar role and general office administration
* Knowledge of Microsoft office Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Professional and polished attitude
* The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy, and handling personnel information so as to maintain confidentiality as required
