Receptionists - Casual & Flexible Hours

Our TOP team of Receptionists are trained on a variety of sites in order to provide a VIP service to our clients when their Static staff have holidays booked or might be off work sick.

You must have:

* Customer service experience with the ability to provide a distinct visitor experience
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Positive and self-motivated attitude
* Reliability is essential
* Thrives in a reactive and challenging environment
* Act as a Brand Ambassador for the company you are working for
* Enthusiastic, personable and vibrant personality is a MUST
* You must be able to get into Zones 1-4 as the majority of the sites are in central London

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

* Flexible and able to travel, moving from site to site at short notice (must be available to receive a phone call between 06:00-07:30 on Standby days
* Receptionists will be required to have knowledge of the departments and companies operating within the building including their structure and function in order to gain an understanding of the business as a whole
* Have an excellent telephone manner and knowledge of all MS Microsoft packages

Key Activities & Accountabilities:

* Training on a number of different sites and moving from site to site, covering any static operatives' absences i.e. sickness, holidays, appointments etc.
* To greet all visitors promptly, completing all related security procedures and offering all appropriate services to ensure guests experience a pleasant visit.
* Receiving guests, announcing them to the required business within the building.

Good rates of pay paid and substantial training will be offered on site of your first booking.
