The friendly Business Services division of this leading independent W1 based Property Consultancy is seeking a temporary Team Assistant with Advanced Excel and database experience to join them from THIS WEEK for approximately 4-6 weeks.

You will update databases, manage emails, prepare PowerPoint presentations, organise meetings, produce agendas and minutes and prepare and distribute weekly status reports. The environment is fast paced, fun and buzzing and would suit an intelligent, like-minded Team Assistant with excellent Excel, strong admin skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Advanced Excel and good database, Word and PowerPoint skills are essential.

To succeed in this TEMP Team Assistant role, you will have:
