Personal Assistant

We have a PA role starting immediately at an established financial organisation based in the city.


The Role:

We are looking for a temporary PA with impeccable organisational skills who has experience in working with senior level management.


Your duties will include:

• Diary management,
• Dealing with all correspondence,
• Booking meeting rooms, 
• All administrative tasks, 
• Dealing with staff expenses,
• Setting up and taking notes in meetings,
• Dealing with staff absences

The person:
 
You will be a planned organiser with attention to detail and follow through.  You will possess advanced computer skills and ability to take minutes in meetings.
