Our client a consultancy firm based in London requires a dynamic PA to start ASAP. This is a temp to perm position and your hours are likely to be from 8.30am to 5.30pm. You need to be available immediately!

The main duties are:

  • Provide full administrative support to the MD and assist the Office Manager when required.
  • Complete a daily planner and execute all actions by agreed deadlines.
  • Acknowledge all email and communications from MD immediately or in a timely fashion.
  • Respond to email on behalf of the MD as instructed.
  • Manage the MD's daily, weekly and monthly schedule and ensure it is followed.
  • Calendar and meeting management. Send internal and external meeting invites in line with company standard.
  • Book all appointments, travel and accommodation as requested for the MD and others in the business as directed.
  • Deliver professional administration services (e.g. filing, photocopying, post, stationery, booking of meetings, arranging conference calls, maintain office inventory, outlook diary management) as instructed in order to meet the needs of the business
  • Execute admin, accounting and live project related tasks.
  • Conduct research on various matters.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors and other third-parties.
  • Greet visitors, answer the telephone and take messages in accordance with company standards.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role. You need to act professionally at all times and handle sensitive business information appropriately in order to promote a positive image. You need to have excellent communication skills both spoken and written, must have a calm, methodical and analytical approach, be motivated, a self-starter, highly positive with a can-do attitude and have strong organisation skills. You need to be able to use initiative and have in-depth knowledge of MS Office including advanced Excel.
