My client, a very successful Law firm based in the City of London, are looking for an Assistant to work within their Facilities division.
Working 5 days a week, 11am - 8pm, duties will include;
*Ensuring all incoming and outgoing post is collected, sorted and delivered
*Forward incoming faxes to relevant colleagues
*General upkeep off all printers and photocopiers - changing toners, logging faults, as well as printing, binding and laminating documents when required
*Order and distributing stationery
*Assist Reception in setting up meeting rooms - at times including manual work in moving tables / chairs etc.
*Doing the daily bank run - paying in cheques
This very varied role requires somebody who is well organised and calm under pressure, able to multitask and confident liaising with people at all levels.
You must have experience within a similar Facilities Assistant role and ideally gained within the Legal Sector.
Having reprographics experience is also an essential for this position.
You should have excellent customer service skills and demonstrate an energy and enthusiasm to go a good job.
