My client, based in Central London is looking for a PA to join their team to support their MD and Directors.

Description

The role of Executive Assistant at Japanese Food Retailer will involve:

- Calendar management covering appointment making and meeting scheduling

- Taking minutes, creating agenda papers

- Inbox management and replying on behalf of the Directors

- Planning and organising events

- Managing office systems

- Travel management including visas and accommodation

- Researching and presenting findings through reports and presentations

- Ordering stationary

- Screening phonecalls

- Liaising with visitors and clients

- Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment

- Travel within a working day, absence from home overnight and overseas work or travel may be required

Profile

The ideal candidate for the role of Executive Assistant at Japanese Food Retailer will be/have:

- Background supporting at Director or Board level

- Strong knowledge of the food, retail and hospitality industries

- Comfortable using Microsoft package including Word and Excel

- Discretion and confidentiality are key

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential calm under pressure

- Interest in Japanese food and culture

- Open Table and Selima systems knowledge would be ideal

- Japanese language skills a bonus
