Our client, a rapidly growing and truly modern law firm, is seeking a dynamic, polished and professional Receptionist to join the busy Front of House team in their Birmingham office on a permanent basis.
Acting as an ambassador for the organisation, the Receptionist will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and clients, providing catering and refreshments for meetings, organising couriers and office supplies, as well as managing a busy switchboard, and supporting with ad hoc administration duties as and when required.
This role is offered on a shift basis, between the hours of 8am - 6pm, working a 37 hour week.
To secure this fantastic Reception opportunity, you will require a proven track record working as a Receptionist within the corporate arena, or similar professional environment.
You will possess excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and a willingness to go the extra mile in order to offer exceptional client service.
A team player who is also able to work on their own initiative, you will offer flexibility in your approach to you work, with strong organisational skills and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities when required.
