We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a National Construction Company based on site in St Albans. You will be ensuring the effective delivery of Customer Service to all clients and customers.

The organisation believes investing into its employers and making sure they reach their full potential and so consequently you will be working in an exciting and vibrant organisation.

As the Customer Service Coordinator your duties will include:

  • Receiving incoming communication from a number of customer avenues, which need to be acted on promptly
  • Updating in house software with all new information regarding customer communication
  • Arranging appointments and meetings between customers and clients
  • Maintaining and tracking the ordering and delivery of materials, and communicating delivery dates with Managers
  • Adhering to Group Customer Service Procedures
  • Providing administrative support when directed
  • Liaising with colleagues to resolve customer queries
  • Organising meetings for management and executives

Experience/Skills required:

• Can-do attitude

• Proactive with the ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Proficient with MS Office package

• Previous experience in a customer focused similar role

• Good communication skills on all levels

You will need to have experience in a similar role within a construction/professional environment. You will need to have excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will need the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and have a positive attitude. You must have great communication skills and be professional in your approach and you will need to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
