A well-known luxury fashion brand based in South West London are looking for a Team Assistant to support two business Directors. This is the type of role that every PA / Team Assistant is looking for within the fashion or luxury industry.

As Team Assistant / PA your key responsibilities will be:

  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements and meetings
  • Producing documents, reports & presentations
  • Undertake projects and research
  • Expenses
  • Liaise with stores
  • Assist the retail team with adhoc projects
  • Lots of adhoc projects

 

To be successful in applying for this Team Assistant role you must have the following experience:

 

  • 1-2 years Team Assistant / PA experience
  • London based
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong admin skills
  • A passion for the fashion and retail world
