Investor Relations Manager

Our Client, one of the UK’s leading independent investment banking and institutional stockbroking firms is looking for an organised and experienced Manager within their Investor Relations Team.

Responsibilities

Roadshows

• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients and institutional investors
• Develop & implement investor relations programs/IR planners for corporate clients
• Roadshow planning (i.e. agree dates with corporates)
• Focused investor targeting and feedback
• Liaison with other advisors & PR companies as appropriate
• Assist in the preparation of communication material as necessary

Marketing

• Proactively agree with corporate broker/financier the investor contact programme for target clients
• Organise institutional meetings/roadshow/business days & site visits as required
• Accompanying corporate clients to institutional meetings/site visits as required

Shareholder Analysis & Market Analysis Reports

• Assist in the production of shareholder analysis and market analysis reports

Conferences and Events

• End to end planning and execution of all sector conferences, AGM’s, meetings and events

Internal

• Proxy chasing;
• Completion of trades/director dealings
• Answering corporate queries on shareprice/market
• Updating systems & investor relations databases

Personal Profile

• FCA approved person
• Previous experience within an IR /Roadshow team
• Excellent relationship management and communications skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines
• Meticulous attention to detail and team spirited
