They are now seeking a like-minded and practical Part-Time Facilities Executive to be based in their West End office and ensure the facilities operation service is both safe and efficient across 3 UK sites. As well as co-ordinating and managing facilities, you will also provide a practical, "handy-man" type service changing lightbulbs etc as required.

This Part-Time Facilities Executive opportunity would suit an experienced FM professional, now looking at working part-time hours, which can be flexible and negotiable.

Core working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. This position is working 20 hours per week.

To be successful in this Part-Time Facilities Executive role, you will have:

*Strong background in Facilities
*Knowledge of Health & Safety and environmental regulations
*Proven project planning and management skills
*High IT literacy
*Proactive, confident, efficient nature
*Practical, hands-on approach
*Exceptional communication, both spoken and written
*High attention to detail
*Willingness to work 20 hours per week

Key areas of accountability within this Part-Time Facilities Executive role include:

*Project management
*Supervising contractors
*Acting as a first point of contact for facilities related enquiries
*Carrying out basic "handy-man" responsibilities such as changing light bulbs, fixing handles etc
*Planning and co-ordinating central services including security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning
*Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements comply with legislation
*Co-ordinating annual PAT testing across UK locations
*Calculating and comparing costs and working to budgets
*Conducting Risk Assessments
*Responding to emergencies and urgent issues
*Managing building maintenance checks
